#nojunknovember has bombed. Not spectacularly or anything, I haven’t even sat and stuffed my face.
I’ve just not really, done anything!
Being in bed poorly has really knocked my eating abilities, as well as my cooking, so its been food I can Chuck in the oven.
Not massive amounts of any junk food, but a few mouthfuls of Pepsi max there and some cookies here.
I have however lost 4lbs this week!!
I’m really hoping next week I’m feeling better!
#nospendnovember is also going pretty well, not leaving the house has been helpful for something!
#nonegativitynovember has been ok, I forgot to take my meds for 3 days and it really made a difference to my mood!
