    I only drink Tea (milk, 2 sugars STRONG) and orange juice/squash.

    I can’t drink fizzys any more as they upset my stomach and I don’t drink alcohol because one is too many and two is not enough. B-(

  3. I live on Sainsbury’s orange squash (no added sugar). When I run out I dehydrate.
