Seared chicken with onions and tomatoes… Served with either tagliatelli or tagliolini (Whatever I have in)
A good, thick and chunky stew… Lots of onions and root veggies! (Meat is optional)

Sandwiches… I could eat sandwiches for every meal! B-)

    1. Good choices, although stews are a little alien to me! I like something super quick.. hence stir fries/shortcuts etc!

Oh no… The all consuming aroma of a stew as it slowly cooks…
Getting home on a cold day and opening the door to the delicious smell of a slow cooked stew or casserole… How can you not like that?

You know that “Anticipation is half of the aphrodisiac…”, yes? B-)

Do you own a slow cooker? Give it a try!
            What harm can it do?

You should try everything once! B-)

A roast cooked in a homemade veggie slurry with carrots, onions, and potatoes. Always a welcome dish. Also I love my own creation – a stir frye using diced ham with fresh spinach, fresh cabbage (red and green), cool mandarins, strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple chunks, over a bed of pork fried rice. A perfect dish for an afternoon on the patio.
