I best introduce myself!

Hello!
My name is Sooz,

I’ve started this blog, after having an Instagram page for over a year. I originally started it to document my weight loss, but now it has morphed into far more than that… I’ve made friends, found so many tips & tricks and found mindfulness!

I’m starting this with the intention of expanding more of what I post on Instagram, but also doing some product reviews and general bits and bobs!

Hopefully you can bear with me whilst I figure this out!

Love Sooz x

  1. Hi! Someone in my Facebook group distributed this website with
us so I came to take a look. I’m definitely enjoying the information. I’m bookmarking and will likely be tweeting this to my followers!

  2. I congratulate you on your accomplishments. At age 19 I was 450lbs, so I too know the societal and personal hardships involved with being bigger and how challenging the journey can be to finding the body you are comfortable inhabiting. There are so many internal and external changes, adaptations that occur in this process, and even as we get closer to being the size we wish to be, there’s the disillusionment in realizing that weight loss does not solve all of your problems.. at least in my case. 😉 I hope you feel increasingly healthy and happy, as you decrease. 😉

  3. Hi,good luck with your blog! And good luck with your diet! I trying to lose about 2 stone before the summer as well, so I can sympathise with the highs and lows.. it can be so difficult. Are you doing any specific diet, or just healthy eating and exercise.. ? Take care 🙂

  4. Haha! I love the caption “I refuse to be fat forever!”, I refuse to be fat forever too! I’m just not as good at doing something about it as you have been. But this was inspiring!

  5. Good luck with your weight loss goals. About 9 years ago I started learning about natural health and eating a more natural diet. I didn’t concern myself with weight loss but instead tried to be more healthy. That caused the weight to come off. Some of it has returned due to lack of exercise but that is my own fault, but at least I am relatively healthy..

  8. Good luck with weight loss. When I was a teenager, I found it really hard to gain weight. But not now! A daily challenge. You might find the book, “Fit in Bits” helpful. It is basically written to show how really busy people can get *some* exercise in life even while traveling, seeing kids, watching TV, etc. http://tinyurl.com/h6c7fce
